昨日（米国6/30）は2026年前半終了日。Mag7／ハイパースケーラーズ含む成長株に資金が戻り、指数を押し上げ。

高市の「骨太の方針」が効いて、円安進行。この人も米国株をいっぱい持っているのかも知れませんネ。

The Dow gained 8.9% in the first six months of the year, posting its best first-half performance since 2021, when it jumped 12.7%. ・President Donald Trump’s annual financial disclosure report was released by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics.

・Trump’s crypto-related income included about $515 million from the sale of tokens released by World Liberty Financial, and $65 million from sales of equity in WLF’s holding company.

・Trump disclosed he received $635 million in royalties from “Celebration Coins.”
The president reported more than $290 million in income from golf and club properties.

ーヘルスケアが生きているのは良いことですが、1月1日から800%上昇したわけではありません。

・これは（ヘルスケアセクターにとって）ゆっくりとした転換だと思います。1か月前、ヘルスケアはS&P500に対して17%アンダーパフォームでした。バイサイドのアナリストにとっては、卒倒しそうな状態でした。今はYTDで‐7％くらいです。なので１か月で10%ほど獲得したことになります。素晴らしいですが、それと同時に、エクセレントだと感じるのは難しいのです。

ー何がセンチメント変えたのでしょうか？規制のニュースでしょうか？BioテックのM&Aでしょうか？

・まず最初に、巨大テック企業に起きてる事を認識する必要があります。そこが神経質になると、アンダーパフォームしている領域、もしくは、割安で防衛的な領域に資金が流れます。私はヘルスケアが防衛的だとはまったく思いませんが、広く一般的にはそのように思われているのでしょう。割安で、防衛的である可能性のある領域にモーメンタムが移っています。それが最も大きな要因でしょう。それ以外はあまり考えられません。managed care（←老人ホームなどの施設）は過去数年で初めて下落しました。Bioテックが素晴らしく走りました。それらがなぜそのように動いているのか説明は難しいです。ヘルスケアセクターの中のサブセクターが全て恩恵を受けているわけではありません。

ーあなたはノートに「Bioテックが素晴らしい走りをみせた」と書いたのを読みました。そのうちのどれくらいが一般的な投機から来るものだと思いますか？中小企業に投機的な資金が流れています。いわゆるテックからBioテックに投機資金が流れているのでしょうか？

・それも一つの要因だと思います。中小型のBioテックの動きの理由を深く考えています。確かに、リスクの高い領域はリターンも大きいです。しかし、その種の資金はやってきては、去っていきます。テックでは火事が起きていて、暗号資産は打ち込まれています。もしかしたらBitcoinへの熱狂が減った事が、Bioテックの恩恵を与えたかも知れません。とても判断は難しいですが、私は２つ関連している事があると考えています。一つは、FDAによる多くの変更です。投資家にとって「これがBioテックに寄与するのか？」は大きな議論の的になっています。一部の指名人が不透明にも関わらず※、Bioテックには追い風になっています。それゆえ、BioテックのM&Aはかつてないほど盛り上がっています。私はここで、今年後半、BioテックのM&Aが記録的になると約束します。これら２つが私の関連している事項と言ったものです。
